I'm sure that some of them lost power. Hopefully it's back on by Monday. It's cold here, but we haven't gotten one drop of snow. Apparently, it ducked right under Michigan.
Did mtg die or something? I know it went down earlier but when I search it it says the domain doesn't exist.
You can watch news clips on it, but its just what they consider to be important clips and segments. My Mom likes to watch Fox News (I like to think she's got the first stages of dementia and she's not just dippy) 24 hours a day. It's not just for the news stories but.....she actually enjoys listening to those people banter in between stories. I think she thinks she knows these people. Anyway, you don't get that stuff on the apps. Just the relevant stuff that normal people care about.
It sold for $350. That's insanely cheap. What do expect from them? I'm shocked that Zingy kept it running if he was willing to sell it for what I assume are his upkeep fees, lol.
I wonder if any of our old regulars will return or did they all go over to the crowd? We don't have flashing animations going on everywhere and we frown upon crappy paying hits, but I think we're still fun to play with. edit to add: Z probably said that so that people would paypal him more money. when he first moved he was getting a lot of "donations" and bought a sports car.
I don't know if it's still snowing and I don't even care. It's supposed to rain on Tuesday so maybe, maybe, maybe that'll help. Maybe.

You guys are getting hammered there. I read that this could be the heaviest snowfall ever recorded in New York City.
I just remember him posting about it here, he kept posting pictures of it and crying about how he had no car to do anything with and he was saving up for that specific car. He had enough money to buy something else, like a sedan. But he could only drive to starbucks in that car.
22" is what the local news site is saying. Now that's out on LI. NYC might have higher totals. It doesn't look *that* high, though. This storm came with crazy winds that blew the snow all over the freaking place so it's kind of hard to tell.
