There were big differences in snowfall totals depending on location. The last report I saw said 25" in Central Park, and that was hours ago (@7:00 pm).
That's very possible. Out East got lower totals than I got, even, and that's only an hour away. Still pretty high, though. 15".

The biggest snowstorm I've been in here in NW Oregon was a little over a foot and it shut Portland and the surrounding area down for almost a week. If we get more than a dusting it's like the coming of the apocalypse.
nah, I would hack into the forum scripts on each site and set it up so every time someone posts something on one forum it would automatically pop up on the new one. Every post, not just hits. I would change usernames to funny things, like if beactivelife posted a post on mtf, it would show up on bestofallofthemturkforums.com under a username like "thisguyisbald". It would fool newcomers into thinking it's a happening forum and they would sign up. No one would notice the scam I am sure.
Can I change the colors of mturkcrowd if I actually create an account? I'm not digging puke-green and grey. It's like here, but uglier.
Ah.. well that basically seals the deal then thank you. Saved me buying something that wouldn't get used lol I've already hooked his laptop up to the tv with an hdmi cable and showed him how to stream anything he wants, I thought maybe an actual streaming device would do the trick. I may just give up, he can watch those mind numbingly boring news channels then I guess lol What really gets me fired up is how people who watch tv like that want to get on my case about being online or gaming, like with a computer I'm socially interacting all day with tons of people in all typs of mediums from forums, to gmail, twitch chat, all kinds of stuff. Plus I am constantly cramming my brain with actual information. Its just a backwards way of thinking.. got off track a bit. oops
That seems like a lot of work. You should just pretend to love everybody and brainwash everyone into caring about your mturk earnings over their own. (If I remember correctly, I think someone made a petition for mturk because Zingy didn't have masters at the time...) The first thing you need to master is creating multiple accounts and talking to yourself with different personalities. Make everyone else think you're popular and they will all follow. Then you convince them that their current forum is harmful to them and not fair. Slightly throw in that whoever gives you the biggest donation gets to be a Mod at your new place. Another donation and they can pick their own title. Let animations take over so that it looks like a bottle of glitter threw up all over it...minions love that. Post every single hit that pops up on scraper to make it appear that you care about them, when in reality you're posting shit that you wouldn't touch. Every month make up a new story on why you need more donations. The website is costing too much, your late on your rent, your dog needs an operation. Whatever works. In no time you will generate enough money to abandon the whole thing. Oh wait, that's already been done.
Hey, they learned from the best. That sounds like what he did here. He was PMing everyone here with promises and pipe dreams about how rich everyone is going to get on his forums.
I wonder what the next forum name will be when someone else has a forum meltdown/forum crisis. We already have mturk: list, crowd, forum, grind, plus... Maybe they will use people, users, workers, so many other options out there still!
