Seen one make money online site, seen em all. All the same recycled tips that completely ignore the very legitimate, well-paid, and career-worthy jobs people can/often do at home.
Really a lot to list. What kind of things are you interested in? Working at home/telecommuting/remote work is super popular these days in a wide range of fields.
No formal training, but I have lots of experience troubleshooting software problems. I feel a bit like this at the moment.
Shit, there was a place that hires people to test various kinds of software and send in audio reports about it, but I forgot the name. Doesn't pay a ton, though. You could do a lot better. I'm on FlexJobs and there are often really decent freelance/telecommute jobs there, but it's got a yearly fee. I managed to get my sub on sale for something like $25 for the year, I think. Normally it's much more. You can also check places like Indeed - I've seen some good remote jobs listed there, too. Dice has some, too. You could also skip the job hunt entirely and do software consulting. Same kind of deal except you'd be searching out your own clients locally or wherever.
I'm watching it. That's the only thing that can resurrect this shitty day. I really hope there is a good wig snatching today and that someone walks away with press-on nails buried in their face again.
Thanks. I'll look into those. I ran across one software tester thing a few months back. It only paid $10 an hour though. Of course, my standards are going down rapidly.
The diving commentators are the only ones that haven't pissed me off so far. Lotsa lotsa dumb comments this year. Yeah, fuck all that. Look into consulting. You could flesh out your education (online maybe - some of that training is available for free) if you wanted to pick up additional skills along the way. http://www.payscale.com/research/US/Job=Software_Consultant/Salary
The position of a stripper/exotic dancer requires a great deal of physical strength and a positive attitude. A stripper is a person who dances provocatively for an audience to obtain tips as payment, and this type of job requires dancing abilities and possibly the ability to work with a pole. Exotic dancers are often required to travel from place to place when hired for certain events. A typical day is spent dancing at the place of employment, ranging from on-stage to private dances with a customer one-on-one. This job requires extensive customer service skills and the ability to work well with others, and is paid primarily on commission and tips. Hours for this job are primarily on the weekends at night, but daytime hours are available depending on the location. Most strippers prefer working the evening hours on weekends, as there are more customers and more opportunities to make money. Formal education is not required, and many places are willing to offer on-the-job training. Most places of employment prefer those who are young and physically fit, as exotic dancing requires heavy physical strength to endure for long periods of time. Stripper/Exotic Dancer Tasks Prepare and practice costumes and routines. Build and maintain audience excitement and enthusiasm. Perform on stage or in private settings.
