Ridiculously awesome metabolism. I'm 32 and can still wear clothes I bought late in high school after my final growth spurt and have never worked out.
Mmk, nighty night all! I'm headed up, I might lurk a bit longer but don't expect me to be here lol. As usual, bugs/suggestions/naked pics go to my inbox. I'll get to them as soon as possible!
That is so NOT survey content. It is allowed to know where the code is. Survey content(as far as I understand it) is actual content from the survey. It is not like they were telling each other the code, just a heads up on how not to click over it. Some of them are pretty easy to miss.

Just being skinny doesn't necessarily mean you're in shape (and seriously, never work out? Surely you must take 15 minute walks here and there at least?)
Yeah no its barely metabolism. It's mostly people under-eating. Source: former skinny dude with "fast metabolism"
I'm the same, after I got better (recovered from disability), I still couldn't exercise, but because of new diet lost a lot of weight and can wear those clothes again! Endurance improved a lot and I regained a lot of muscle. it's nothing to do with discipline or working out, I can't work out much. Only this year I can take some walks, but I can't do much more than that. It's all about eating the right foods
My grandparents had one of those thingies in their house when I was growing up, so when all the news came up about sitting still for long periods being unhealthy, I immediately thought of that. I still don't have one, though. I want to get one but I'm not sure my desk is high enough. Still seriously considering trying one out, though.
I am 5'6'' and 115. I have been a vegetarian my entire life and always skinny. I don't NEED to work out to stay thin. I work out because it is healthy and makes me feel better. I don't feel like a blah human being when I move. Excercise is not just for those that "need" it.
breakfast - 9 ounces salmon, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, head of broccoli, 2 tablespoons butter lunch - 1 large sweet potato, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 cups chicken stock, 3 ounces chuck beef roast, 1 tablespoon bacon grease for reheating meat dinner - half cup shrimp, 1/4 cup shredded chicken thighs, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, `1/4 cup coconut milk movie snack - 1/2 cup whipped cream with 1 cup raw strawberries sedentary female under-eating? I eat like a pig ! When I was eating "supposedly healthy foods", I exercised a lot, controlled my calories and fat, under ate, mostly vegetarian... that's how I got fat and disabled :3 Now I know better
That's way more than I eat. And sounds delicious. I'm jealous. I ran out of money last week for food so I ended up going four days without. Boyfriend took me shopping for ramen and frozen dinners Sunday so I've been happy.
it's my health insurance so I can't skimp no matter what. it's a priority, and we have to sacrifice other things. ramen is tasty once in a while, though! There's a ton of stuff you can do with cheap ramen too
Fast metabolism here as well. 5'3 104lbs lol. I'm a tiny thing and I eat lots. I do wanna start working out though just so i'll feel better. I feel out of shape and like I don't have much energy.
