We are new to this and inherited more than we can handle from someone who was too sick to do the work. If we didn't have tenants that would help (or at least agree to), I don't know what we would do, so we do what we can for them. Just would be nice if they actually kept their end of the deal.

Do you actually do any of these transcriptions you post? Anything less than <$1 per audio minute normally sucks.

I don't post hits I don't do, 99 percent of time transcription can be a funny thing I give req more leeway if they put 24 timer or more and I have a system that I'm not going to say anymore about, In fact only posted this cause saw your comment at last sec . . .
I did the bleeping survey before I realized that it was masters and I hadn't actually accepted the hit. But it was under 2 minutes.
It's actually not a bad idea for you and other non-masters to practice masters hits if you can. That way you can see how difficult some of these hits can be. And if you ever get fortunate to get called up to the big leagues you won't be as nervous.
Good morning! I took a few days off since my husband was doing the same. Had lots of fun- took our daughter to Garden of the Gods in Southern Illinois Sunday and went kayaking Monday. Back to making money one quarter at a time today.
Just sat through a 2 hour long 5th grade graduation ceremony. Seriously, our kids are gonna think the entire world revolves around them if we don't quit giving out awards for everything they do. Oh well, kid had fun at least. Hope there's money this afternoon on turk, my scraper's a little blank right now.
Damn, we dropped 7K on a new well at our rental property because I felt bad that they had kids. I didn't know I could just tell them to fuck off. I honestly thought we could get fined and sent to court for putting tenants in danger? I'm pretty sure if you can prove you're having problems because of the mold you can sue the landlord or something. At least in FL you can.
Right?! Get ready for kindergarten graduation, elementary school graduation, middle school graduation... You know how many graduations I had? ONE!
Helen: Yes! They happened, but this; our family, is what's happening now, Bob! And you're missing this! I can't believe you don't want to go to your own son's graduation! Bob: It's not a graduation. He is moving from the fourth grade to the fifth grade. Helen: It's a ceremony! Bob: It's psychotic! People keep coming up with new ways to celebrate mediocrity!
Your grade school ends after 5th, I hope? Otherwise that's insane for graduating from a random grade. Still, when I was a kid I don't think there was any acknowledgement for finishing elementary school, no certificate, nothing. Just "enjoy your summer, have fun in junior high next year."
I think sometimes the landlords just bank on the fact that most people won't go through the hassle of a lawsuit. My brother-in-law's apartment had really bad mold. We kept telling him and his wife that they needed to demand that the landlords do something about it. Contact the housing authority, file a lawsuit, etc. They never did and eventually just moved. I'm guessing that happens 80 or 90% of the time.
