Someone mentioned FreeTaxUSA that it was free for self employment. I haven't tried it. I used to do TurboTax until it became too expensive for Mturk so I switched to TaxAct which was $32 last year and got discount this year for $15. https://www.freetaxusa.com/software.jsp

Haha I took that one! It really wasn't bad at all and kind of fun. The writing wasn't like a paragraph or anything, just jotting down ideas. I like that they were up front about it though. It is a timed 5 minute section, but they tell you that you don't have to fill in all the blanks.
