Is Turkmaster not working for anyone else? When I bring up my dashboard, I see "Turkmaster" at the top on the left, but everything else is blank. In Firefox.
Working for me in Chrome. Yesterday someone said TM wiped out their information. They had to re-install it. I've never had that happen to me. Always make backups just in case.

TM has wiped all my pandas so many times I don't bother backing up. All I use it for is catching surveys. I only run a panda for less than 12 hours then I give up.
Haven't had a problem with it in Firefox today. I got some new plugins that came through so I had to install those then reopened TM and no isseus.
How do I re-install it? I went into Grease Monkey, removed Turkmaster, then went to the webpage and downloaded it again and enabled it. When I bring up my dashboard, it still looks blank.
you didn't have to uninstall and re install. You just need to make new pandas. I think there is a common panda thread, and if you remember requester names you can ask here.
Also next time, make backup copies of your panda list. There's that wheel icon on the top right of the TM. Click on it to export and import it. You can save it onto a notepad or anything.
Backing up your PandAs is really easy. Once you are done for today here's what you do. 1) go to the settings on the TaskMaster (its the cog wheel in the upper right) then click on export. 2) Click on the big text file you see three times which should highlight everything. 3) Copy the text "Ctr-C" 4) Open up Notepad (or a similar text file program) 5) Paste the contents into notpad and save I usually name it like this TurkmasterDec152016.txt So then if it ever wipes your data you go back and pick your most current one (or before the current one if for some reason you want an older one) which all you have to do is copy the text in the text file and paste it in the blank box from the import option in settings.
