Heather, the hits you are doing are high risk. The TO ratings are there so you know what type of hits to avoid. There are *some* hits out there that don't have a code on purpose so that they don't have to pay you. Then there are ones like the Facebook hit that has been up for a while because no one will touch it. The two good TO ratings for it are obviously fakes. You will save yourself a lot of stress and hassle by staying away from hits that are in the red and orange zone. Try to stick to green. And always read TO before posting a hit here. Some people won't be as nice and might bark at you.
With that TO rating and reviews and just the general fishiness of asking for the Facebook info -- I'd give this one a pass. They don't pay me enough to give them my personal information.
From the looks of it, you are doing surveys with low TO, which may be why you aren't getting a code. I highly suggest using the TO link and checking out others reviews of the requester.
If you're concerned, don't touch it. Plus I'm pretty sure that's a TOS violation. It's been up a couple of days and no one will touch it.
