Anyone here put butter in their coffee? Been reading a book about Ketogenics and thinking about eating a Keto diet for a while to see if it reduces some fatigue. One of the cookbooks I'm reading has butter coffee every morning, a cup of coffee with a tablespoon of butter and a dash of heavy cream. Doesn't it make your mouth greasy?

I only put butter, no heavy cream. Definitely doesn't make your mouth greasy.. but I only use grass-fed butter (if that matters).

Yes, grass-fed butter. The cheapest source of good grass-fed butter that I have found is Kerrygold at Trader Joe's. I had researched this all at one point, but couldn't bring myself to start drinking coffee, LOL.
