I've done this, I can't really speak to any results. I didn't do it for long and it wasn't life changing for me. It was a little expensive so I gave it up easily. One thing I will advise is to put all ingredients in a magic bullet type blender and blend it that way. Super delicious, like a Flat White or capuccino.
