Yeah that's another problem I've noticed. I usually have it show a minimum of 20 or so and I'm getting down to 13 in a batch. I'll just assume it's borked and will eventually get updated at some point. It's not really a huge deal since I *think* everything is showing anyway. Just looks kind of funky.

My BF has one and it very glitchy. Ask about football game scores and it usually can find the answer, but the response to many other questions is "Sorry I didn't understand the question I heard." Get's annoying. Siri, on the other hand is much more personable, can find more answers, and more humorous responses. For more fun, google Echo or Siri easter eggs for a list questions to ask and get offbeat answers.

I only did 1 hit for them that was approved so I have to assume this was their way of making sure people don't do the same hits again. It was just done in a very stupid way.
