finally got the error code @ 4.5 hrs in. started in firefox after reading the success stories. ended up in chrome refreshing the page every 3 min. thanks guys!

Can you try running it again in another browser? It scanned my 7,000+ emails over 5ish years' worth, in about 2-3 minutes. Unless you have 100s of thousands of emails, or maybe 50+ GB of attachments in the emails, it shouldn't take so long.

When people are saying error codes - are they getting a window that just says Error (That is what I've gotten the one time it isn't a spinning wheel) or are they getting an actual code to plug into the HIT?

I gave up. I have to go out. I can't babysit the hit. I submitted the address to my error that I kept getting and that's all I can do at this point. A rejection won't hurt me, but after spending 2.5 hours trying to get it to work, it'd be low to reject when he's approving other errors. We'll see. Anyway, I'm off for the night. Good luck guys!
