No, but they can set up a HIT just for your ID and pay you that way. They can also set up a 0 cent trouble ticket type HIT and bonus you the appropriate amount.
I have no idea how I got the qual to be honest with you. Edit: I did a HIT for STRIVE lab on May 12th called "Work Schedule Questions" for $0.25. That must be where I got the qual

You could always make a hit that pays what you need and only give yourself the qual, that would get you over 100.
