That's great...well done. We've managed to eliminate 4 of the possible choices now for anyone wanting to scam the qual... I'm sure if we really get together and start posting up all our answers we can get this survey knocked right out and piss in our own survey taking beds... researchers love false or unusable data. Makes them wanna post more surveys...
heh. Not counting pending approvals, ProductRnR is the requester where I got the most money from lol.
Come on! if somebody decides to scam the qual, they are risking their own account. Is it worth taking the risk for a dollar or even 10. I don't think so.
I built my first 10k on RnR... they were my bread and butter when I started turking, before they blew up on the forum and became oversaturated with workers. Haven't done one in a few months.
The unboxing of September's Nerd Block, if anyone missed it. (I was too late to get one.. can't wait for my October one!)
News flash buddy... there's more at stake than just one douchebags account. Requesters DO come here... and they DO read our threads. The survey content rule (and subsequent rules) were created to prevent corruption of researcher data. At one point, mturk forum had a reputation for being a place where answers were given out freely as a scam forum. The rules came around after that... and good for Andy for doing so. Requesters HAVE stopped using mturk in the past because they felt it wasn't a reliable source of research data, simply because you put a few turkers in a "room" together and suddenly they can't shut the **** up about research content and the like that they expressly agree not to disclose. Most animals seem to have some sort of instinct for self preservation... not turkers I guess... turkers are like some kind of idiot animal just waiting for a Darwin Award... but at least we are funny... we make good jokes... we can laugh our way right into extinction, right? And yes... some of that was hyperbole. Ya know? It might not be doing any harm to talk about it... but do you really need to? Are you so ******* bereft of interesting things to say that the only conversational artifact you are capable of bringing is commentary on which answers in a qual let you take the survey? Why risk it? What's your definition of stupidity?
