I don't have the link because I just did it, and I don't see any more up right now, but: Noodle Labs, Inc. - (Easy Job!) Casual chat with an English as second language speaker for 10 ~ 15 min - $2.51. He's basically a Taiwanese guy paying you to help him practice his English. He approved/paid a shorter HIT that I did earlier today. This one's still pending. I think some other folks on the forum have done similar HITs recently.
