It's less impressive than I was expecting honestly but it's still pretty cool. It's gone from big and bright to dark and a reddish rusty color now.
Automation for engineers and technical applications as it relates to the workplace. Also we delve into high level algorithms looking for regression to the mean with human automation with a focus on human error in relation to computer automation.
No, we of course are already aware of that. We're more into seeing how poor the quality of turkers are on the platform as it relates to basic skills such as computing and technical comprehension. I doubt you are surprised but the workforce as a whole on turk is terrible. Until we release results at the summit I cannot get into more, but I can assure you that although there are exceptions, most turkers operate on an 8th grade academic level. Read this daily thread each day and you'll begin to understand.
I understand completely. If you weren't telling the truth, surveys wouldn't have all the attention checks that they do. It's gotta be hard being a researcher, trying to find valid data. You can pay someone to answer your questions, but are they being genuine with their answers or are they just clicking bubbles to get through the task? The only way to truly get the right data is to do interviews face to face, and who has time for that?
Qual collecting and I use Turkmaster to alert me when my go to requesters/batches are up 24 hours a day. Unfortunately at that point I have to drop whatever I'm doing including sleep if necessary. Same during work but usually it has to be something good for me to neglect my duties.

Because we never wore shoes, lol. We told him that was incredibly nice, but we did own shoes, but chose not to wear them. Florida life.
