If you have any more the easiest way to catch them is throw a towel over them. It will bring them to the floor instantly then you pick them up wrapped in the towel and take them outside. Don't kill them though they eat lots of mosquitoes.
Better put a brick over the pipe or something just in case. Otherwise a snake or rat might come up and try to eat it, if not the rest of the bats.

I am 100% serious about this. I have caught a few bats and many birds. You really don't have to be scared of them or even get close to them bats will fly into a towel most of the time if you just throw it in the air a few times. I think they get confused and think it's a hoard of bugs flying around. Birds are a little harder to catch you have to actually aim for them. Bats aren't pack animals though so you probably only have the one.
