Everyone has different food needs. I've found I cannot ingest large amounts of beans, Quinoa, Peas, tofurkey, and many other protein replacement variants without having massive bloating and stomach problems and gas. Anything that does that to your body, is most likely not meant to be ingested. So I don't. Don't really care if you are vegetarian or vegan or whatever. You gotta do what works best for you. Some people have gluten allergies, some people don't eat pork, someone out there loves spam (CoruptAI125). The best I have ever felt in my life is when I eat fresh vegetables and fruits and potatoes and lean cuts of meat. Limit processed carbs. So that's what I eat.
