He really needs to restate 'organic result' This was the first organic result for a phone number search right now:

It seems that he may not really understand that everyones results are different. The way they are worded makes it seem that he thinks that whatever he sees on his screen is what you are supposed to see. I dont think he understands that results are tailored to specific ips.
