They'll dangle that bonus in front of you like a carrot but you'll probably never get more than the average bonus they advertise in the HIT title. Compared to real transcription work and the odd few transcriptions that pop up on MTurk, their pay per audio minute is abysmal, just like every other big name transcription requester on MTurk. They're pretty fair, though, when you follow their guide closely. Watch out for filler words and phrases because if you're otherwise perfect that will drag your score down a lot. It just sucks when you start to know enough about transcription to know when you're working for peanuts.
Ma'am, you're going to need to add a gif. It's 12:09 AM Pacific time.. you're forgetting about DST, which doesn't happen until 2 AM local.
