I still don't understand. Quite a while ago there was a hit that I couldn't do (something like, "does this video play?") and I did a good job but it said that I couldn't do anymore because of my spam qual. I always wondered what that was.

I remember a number of months back, a lot of RnR workers had their spam scores go up for some reason. We weren't able to do the hits for a few days. Then the scores went back down and for a while after that, the spam score would yo-yo up and down each day as you do hits and had down time. From my understanding, if your spam score goes too high so that you are unable to work on hits anymore, then wait a day or two and your score will go back down and you'll be able to work again. Truth is I do not even worry about the spam score anymore because it never seems to go up anymore no matter what I do, or at least to any level that would cause me to worry.
