I don't know why people aren't all over Taggy HITs, particularly people who are trying to build a number cushion or reach HIT milestones. The keyboard shortcuts are awesome, and using keyboard shortcuts to move between windows keeps my hand off of the mouse and I can smooth through them. There are only a couple of HIT types I enjoy doing and when they're up, I work them until I can't do anymore.

Taggy Standard Fare: There is always an "Instructions" button somewhere in the active window. Be sure to read it. Holding your cursor over one of the selection choices will give you a pop-up description of that selection. For these, arrows are your friend. ETA: Don't ham these ... yet. There's a 60 minute timer, which means you have 60 minutes to learn how to do one HIT. As you do more, work on finding a pattern and a rhythm (music helps). It won't be long before you'll see the numbers/money.
