If the abstract is available, then I just check in the ones that fit the selection, I leave the third option unchecked.
That's what I thought because it mentions the abstract being avail for free - I just wanted to make sure - lots of rejections would not make for a fun Wednesday.

If the abstract opens, I mark it as a working link. I've only had about two broken links because the articles were offline.
I have not had any hits with signing up straight from the provided link. What I have had is where the link provides multiple links- usually two - and I had to choose one. I had no idea how to go about that, though.
