I never got dressed, but I went out and got food anyway in my jammies. Then crawled back into my a/c. Screw summer. Bring on the frost!
Yuck. No. Unless I can pay you to dig out my car every time it snows. As for dressed...you all have me beat. I lounged around in one pair of PJs all day, took a shower, and put on a different set of PJs (Christmas jammies, in fact - a sign I should probably do laundry soon). Not one piece of actual clothing was worn this day (unless you count tank tops).
Just did it, 3.5min (you gotta activate in email for the second one before it posts w/username so he can associate it with the one you provide)
Homework for the most part pisses me off at the younger grades. We haven't had horrible homework years with the exception of 7th grade. My elementary kids haven't had too much. I'm opposed to most homework until late middle school. I think most of it is busy work crap. No 2nd grader needs to be stressed out finishing homework for hours a night when they should be able to play with friends and interact with their own family too. I would add it to her IEP if it causes her that much of an issue.
I did 15 of them the other day, never having done them before and taking a chance with the TO, no rejections.
One district I taught for had a 10 minute per grade guideline for homework. I used it as a way for parents to know what we were doing in class. I would also tell parents of kids who stressed to give it so much time and then draw a line/give it up. I hate stressing kids out, and parents didn't need it either.
The TO is from when the requester was new and screwed up. She reversed all of the rejections and apologized. Typically, people didn't go back and fix their TO.
All that does is cause the kid to hate school. Kids do not need school induced anxiety at that age. At all. It's so messed up.
What's this OCMP qual hit ppl are talking about? Are they trying to qual the social network hits or something else/new?
