I did select that but if you select no similar address it wants you to enter an address and I was asking what address to enter. eta just found the na box next to address. it kept popping up field required for me
Oh. I thought if I selected no similar address it would not let me submit as I recall I tried before. I had been putting exact address so that it will N/A in order for me to submit. I'll try that again if I see it come up. EDIT: Ah I see what you mean. Yeah that works. I didn't know that.
My god I've had ~10 of the bloody PDF. I feel bad submitting it with wrong URL. Its like getting payed to do nothing. I hope he kicks whoever did it in the URL finding round. Well assuming it was someone on mTurk who did it.
I did too. I just marked them all n/a and made comment. Figured someone had to do it to get through this batch.
Before today I never saw the PDF, but I get the sense from other posts that the info isn't there. The times I've gotten it and not skipped or returned it, I did a quick search for some of the key terms like city, facility name, etc and if it doesn't turn up just left a note.
Like Flora said, Control F and search. The pdfs that I have come across are from HealthNet and all the info but the fax # is there. Just make sure to let them know in the comment box and mark wrong URL.
Last time this PDF came around we were told to flag them in the comments. And I think the person who put them in during the URL round had there qual removed. Its a 3rd party site and we avoid those like the plague.
I've been getting 4 or 5 blanks in a row, I'm feeling bad a this point accepting....skipping them now but I don't know if something is wrong with this batch?
I was reluctant the first time I came across a blank. Then I figured if I return them, somebody else will just submit them all n/a with a note anyway, so why not me?
Sorry All, not sure whats up with those, if you see a blank page just "n/a" out all the fields and select "no similar address" & "provider page". Apologies. As a break, I will be launching the dentist stuff, that is semi streamlined. ~ Mark L.
