Did you try emailing them? They decreased my qual to 80 last year so I emailed them directly using the email address that was provided in the qualification decrease email. Make sure you add in your Worker ID. They took almost a month to respond back, but they gave me a second chance. Someone got their qual back after emailing a few days ago also.
Jeff Bezos is now one of the elite Bilderberg group people that doesn't have to worry about lawsuits. I can't stand his rag of a newspaper The Washington Post for all the disinformation they put out. It sucks too cause I feel like doing MTurk is like doing sub contract work on The Death Star. I can't even give people I know shit about working at Wal-Mart anymore.
I failed to get the qual months ago and if I accept any of the qual HITs it just tells me I already completed 10/10. You probably wont be able to re-qualify that way, just contact them like poster above recommended.
Did you try the one they posted yesterday? People on another forum said they could take it even if they failed it before. Seems to be a different version. I posted the panda above.
They're also one of the biggest general retailers and book retailers in the world. They actually control the publishing industry, telling publishers what to charge for their books, so they [Amazon] can keep their prices down.
They like never work half the time when mturk is functioning. I guess they just dance to their own beat...
I just got on, had to do 7 Captchas before they let me in. Now time-outs on hits. Good day to go out and take a walk in the sun.
Well that would be quite comical if I was just doing 5's for the hell of it and they weren't actually submitting. Let me go check on that really quick. Edit: Yeah, my 5's are submitting. Strange.
this lag on mturk is horrible. Had to toss away two hits thus far that equals about 7 dollars. I contacted the requesters and hope they still compensate me for my time.
https://www.theregister.co.uk/2017/02/28/aws_is_awol_as_s3_goes_haywire/ The boss pulled the plug and Amazon floated away.
(Edit: I borked the quote of the post I was quoting. It was the IT Crowd one above. Blah.) Literally half the people I know:
