    It's not everyday that a company makes a mistake like that. We always get those overcharging errors but almost never undercharging ones.

    Mine did that a few months ago an I asked what was gong on it seems that if you use the regular electric company here there's an adjustment of a credit they subtract to keep up with the competitors.

    No kidding right? Right at $350 a month here for my 3,100 sq foot house and I am barely home. Security system, appliances, and iMac are about the only things that are not off when I am not there

    If I get it under $1,000 a month I will count it as a success. Have not decided if I want to just put window units in or if I want to install the 3 or 4 units it will take to actually cool it all. Could almost get an industrial chiller as large as the place is. It has a boiler for heat
