One of the benefits of being notoriously stubborn and pedantic is that it's impossible to know when I am actually mistaken about the intentions of others. Sometimes I just pretend to do what I normally do because I think it's funny.

It's like...I dunno. An improv game. I'll only snap at you if you stop playing along. Like that person earlier that just had to react well to "Who are you" but didn't.

Drinking is supposed to be fun. Puking is not fun.

If I'm sick the next day, it doesn't matter what kind of time I had while drunk - all I remember is the puking.

and the curse of having bits of a good memory: the one time I got really drunk, I not only remember the projectile vomiting - what time it was, how far it went and it hit on the wall, what I thought while I was doing it. I remember what I ate before I drank anything, and let's just say what it was like to throw that up. It's been more than ten years and I still can't eat peach salsa.

do I remember who I was talking to or what I said while drunk? not really.

plus...I'd never gotten hung over before (I used to have a metabolism) and from that I was *so* hung over I was convinced I was going to die. All day.

so altogether I've gotta be honest, getting THAT drunk seems like a big bunch of not worth it to me.
