No. It's easier than PDRI by a lot. It's annoying but you don't need to score well to have it approved.
TurkMaster. If you don't have the script installed, definitely do it. It lets you catch hits after they appear to be gone.
TurkMaster. You can add a HIT that you miss to this list...when it comes available again (someone returns it, it reposts etc) it is automatically accepted and added to your queue. Its a lifesaver since higher value HITs go so quick. Someone might have a better explanation than that though...

Time: 20 minutes HITs Available: 1 Reward: $2.00 Qualifications: HIT approval rate (%) is greater than 95;Total approved HITs is greater than 50;Location is US This HIT was posted yesterday for $15, they want you sketch your ideal layout for a train car. I did it, and they rejected it. They said the sketch I did possibly violated Copyright laws. Earlier today it was $8, and now it's down to $2. Apparently, they just overpriced their HITs and made up an excuse not to pay me.

Now, let me see if I got this right. MTurk is trying to charge requesters a per assignment fee for premium qualifications ( clearly higher than most requesters offer for a straight qual HIT) and are asking us, the poorly paid worker class, to provide the information for FREE....This is textbook marketing. Get something that costs you nothing and sell it for a good price. Instant profit. The ethics, on the other hand, are egregious. And the new typical for Amazon.
