Breaks TOS but is pretty great; I did one for her before and it paid out promptly. Is it worth it? I kind of want to do it on the side. I signed up for an account and it said that my email was already used???? I got my password and already had 1650 swag bucks!!
Wow - good for you cash out those bucks into gift cards and resolve the issue with your mail. I usually get 15$ every 2 weeks I save up and always cash in for CVS or Amazon Gift Certs. I should use it more when I search for all the turking stuff but I'm stuck in a techno warp of inefficiency I know gal on another forum I follow who makes $2,000 plus a year off Swagbucks.
I did the meases' the slow way with connecting my phone with a wire to computer.. But had to disconnect it because it wouldn't work right while connected. Slowed things down a bit. I was was wondering if there was a mobile dropbox app. i love dropbox so.
Can you do BOTH surveys? They both say to only do one, but they are 2 different ones..... hmmmm thoughts?
I often post them before I actually complete them myself (but after accepting). I find it helps if I seach by "creation date (newest first)" I am able to contribute at least some non-reposts... that said I don't mind reposts because it verifies a HIT is still up and give people a chance to find it if they don't read through previous pages. The forum has helped me SO much and, with my wacky schedule (full time retail slave and full time student), my hours limit my turking so when I can get on for more than a short time, I try to over-contribute to make up for the times I hop on a grab a HIT or two.
The first one took me just under two minutes. The second one was more like 9 and half minutes, thanks to a significant number of open-ended writing questions.
I could have been clearer...I think it is the standard boilerplate of only completing a specific type of survey once, but the second one was more strident about it than those I've seen thus far. It says that if you accept and are ineligible that you won't be able to continue...I was able to complete both without issue.
Title: Participate in a 5 minute reading task (do not complete if you just did an identical task about a utilities spill. thank you) Requester: Emily Chan [A84A1HXAOX9SB] (TO) Description: reading an essay and answering questions (do not complete if you just did an identical task about a utilities company) Reward: $0.50 Qualifications: HIT approval rate (%) is greater than 95, Total approved HITs is greater than 50, Location is US Link: https://www.mturk.com/mturk/preview?groupId=2S2V2D5NQYN5AM16P3WT2MOE11K596 Powered by non-amazonian script monkeys Repost, I'm guessing, 2 min~
I just do enough to reach the daily goal every day so I can get the monthly bonus. I was more into swagging before mturk but for the time investment mturk is much better. I can USUALLY hit the goal with minimal effort (couple of searches, running the mobile sbtv on the kids' kindle and looking for a special offer or 2). You can get paypal instead of amazon but they have $5 amazon cards for 450sb, all the other $5 cards are 500 pts.
Currently (although sometimes they run specials) you can cash out 2,500 swags for $25 paypal. It's not the most efficient way to go - Better to cash out in small increments and accumulate the gift cards to use because it requires less swag per dollar on the gift cards. For example you can exchange 450 swags for $5 Amazon. Amazon gift never expires - so you could accumulate all year (save for x mas, textbooks, whatever your needs). PS Check sites for tips to earn like do a search fro swag code several times a day and there's also an app you can download on your phone and have it run the tv portion so you earn while you work (on autopilot). It's a good gig. Have fun
That was my main money earner before I found mturk. I now basically only get my 50sb per day from the android swagbuckstv app. I just let it run while I am turking. Easy $15 per month. Edit: If you have an ios device, check out the app called Qriket. I make around $15 per month on there too and it is really fun, quick and easy.
