Well, kids, once again I have somehow managed to hit my daily goal. To prove I have werk skillz, here's an unaltered screen shot. That chit'll be in my bank tomorrow.
Thank you to the person who recommended VapoRub on the temples for headaches. I tried it earlier, and it brought almost immediate relief. I had my 6-week post-op CT scan today and have been trying to find alternatives to narcotic pain relievers without a lot of success. I see my regular doctor tomorrow and my neurosurgeon on October 7 to discuss my progress and whether my shunt settings need to be changed and whether I may need another surgery to repair a tear in a previously placed patch on the brain (if it hasn't healed sufficiently on its own).
I doing them slowly but surely. Im just trying to make sure Im doing them right. It's not working so good.
I'm so glad it helped!! That's sometimes the only way I can get any relief from headaches. I hope everything goes well with the doctor. My dad had to have surgery a few years ago to repair an aneurysm-that's not a fun situation at all. Hopefully they won't need to go in again. :hug:
