Yes try to find a site map. If it does not have a site map, please type them in or copy/paste them one by one, whichever is easier for you. Many people do not like this HIT because of the different ways this info can appear. ~ Mark L.
Generally the list of services applies to most if not all of the doctors at the practice. It is safe to provide the list. However, if you note that there are several specialists at the practice (i.e. orthodontists, Oral Surgeon, Periodontist, Prosthodontist etc etc) please let a note in the comments section so we are aware. Thanks! ~ Mark L.
Wow this HIT is hard! I had hard time deciding what to include and what not to include. Hope I did alright.
I believe I did really well with that one. Got quite a few in, too! I'm really fast at typing so if I couldn't copy and paste I had no problem typing it manually. Great batch! I hope there's more like that in the future.
This hit was awesome, and SO GLAD i read the tip about the site map...it saved me from typing out 50% of them
So since I'm new to the MedCrowd thing(but loving the HITs so far), can anyone tell me generally how often MedCrowd posts batches?
Usually they post one a day during the week around 12pm eastern...and from what i have seen usually not on Fridays because the Finance guy isnt in...but only daily, and Mark will usually send out an email letting us know
Depends on if/when the finance guy comes in otherwise there won't be many HITs if I did post anything. ~ Mark L.
Question! Is there some sort of mturk wiki I can go to and create a Medcrowd page so I can put things like FAQ's for our HITs and also additional instructions like updates so you all have a resource to refer to outside of the directions? Thanks! ~ Mark L.
I don't know if there's anything like a Wiki for Turking but you could take advantage of the MedCrowd forum here and maybe make a sticky thread with FAQs? Just a suggestion since the forum is free to anyone to read so anyone would be able to access it.
Agree with Turkalicious. You can create a thread here that we can't respond/add comments to. I have never done one but she mentioned a "sticky thread" so that must be what it's called. Andy might be able to answer this much better.
If I were Mark, I would just make a seperate thread, wikipage and just put a link to it in his signature.
Gotta go with the separate thread idea. That would be great. Mark, you may want to PM Andy to see what help he can provide.
Hey All, It seems like today is a no go. If anything changes before I leave I'll let you know. Thanks! ~ Mark L.
Thanks to inform. Though I was expecting as I was unable to do HITs of the earlier batches. Just a question hovering my mind. For how much duration will this work will go on? I mean, will this last for say a few months or a few years? Answer only if you want to!!! No compulsion.
For as long as mturk stays available, and my company decides to use it...vitrually forever. ~ Mark L.
