The whole "secret code you entered was not correct" issue seems to be somewhat common with the TurkPrime system, which is what that survey was. It has happened to me with at least 4 different requesters using TurkPrime and they were all fixed the same day. I messaged Rachel Amrhein earlier and it was reversed. If you haven't tried messaging them yet, you might try that. If you did message them already, maybe give them until tomorrow to fix it (I assume they might be asleep) or maybe Monday to be "back in the office."

Always worth keeping in mind that requesters can block you for no reason, let alone if they get upset, and a number of blocks in a short period of time can lead to permanent account suspension, so it's always worth being professional.
You are absolutely right! And I'm usually on my very best behavior. This is like the worst time, for me to find out about "Auto-rejections" which just plain sucks. Anyway, I'll send a message tomorrow, apologizing... But I don't blame the person if they just block me. I could have been so much nicer! I just figured someone was sitting there, with their hand hovering over the "reject button" and just rejected. I'm tired, broke and that was the last straw. >.< If I'm blocked, I'm blocked. Not too worried about that anyway. I just wanted my money. After doing long $0.50 surveys all day, to get a $2.00 HIT insta-rejected, I was hurt! O_O lol.
