Yep - that's me! I think they're required by the development. I got the leak fix and unplugged them and haven't touched them since. Of course my lawn doesn't look as nice as the neighbors, but I don't really care.

Wonder what he'll do for my front screen door. My mail lady put a box between the main door and the screen door. Dunno what she did when she slammed it shut but it won't open now. No one can figure it out. I gotta call the landdude and I don't want toooooooo. But i need the door fixed. Sigh.
sounds like she moved the hinges you might be able to run a couple 2 1/2inch drywall screws into the jamb to draw it back. Screen doors are annoying to work with.
