I mean, the whole idea behind crowdsourcing is really that "all of us are smarter than one of us." It's basically the Wisdom of Crowds thing, and the more research we do, the more that we find that it's true. The fact that we're excited to work for $10/hour without benefits is just icing on the cake. I give it two years before the software industry really figures out how to leverage this to it's advantage. Crowdsourced Test Driven Development is too obvious to not have it happen.
