Can't Find Good HITs? 2/16

I have seen several mentions of knowing a requester's auto-approval time. Where is that information found?

 

It's listed under how much the HIT is for, there toward the right side, when viewing the HIT.

 

Today is my 10th day! So glad to finally make it there! I also am over 600 approved, so a few new things (over 500) might have opened up for me.

I have a question, my account balance is now 33.69 even though I have over 100.00 in approved hits. Is this because I am still on day 10? Will it all show up tomorrow in my account balance? Not the pending hits of course, but my dashboard says 107.XX total earnings but my account balance says 33.69. Anyone know? Thanks!
