Interesting, this has been irking me because I have received over 500 this month, and over 3000 last month, with only a bank account and no CC. I remember when I first set up my bank account I had issues so I had to call Payments, well, have them call me with their little dialer program. When I was working out the issues with my account he told me once I got the bank account verified, that I wouldn't have to worry about any limits at all, and sure enough once it verified I didn't have any, and haven't had an issue since. Strangely though, I just read the user agreement and it does state that you are limited to 500 until you have both a bank account and CC on file. But then it also states that "Account limits are determined, in part, based on the verification steps you've completed for your account." so I guess it does vary from person to person, and I just got lucky. Not that adding a CC would be that big of a pain, but still nice to not have to deal with it.

There are certain ones I can't do at home or have to use my mobile data plan. My home internet shows my location either in Kansas or Florida (I don't live either of those places). Some internet providers show up miles away from where you actually live. Theoretically they can even show you live in Mexico or Canada if you live on the border. Well tonight I must be in Germantown, Maryland (Not really). At least according to IP Location Finder. Google IP Location Finder. See where it says you are. One Geolocation service shows me in the United States with no state associated. Could be they are using a Geolocation service that shows incorrect data.
