I think this place stays dead because Mturk is dying. And most of us didn't come back because 1) we don't need help finding hits and 2) I prefer not having to hit refresh to see new comments. That's about it. The bot is cute. I'd rather there be a bot than grown ass men crying over making the thread like it was a year ago.

Just as a note here. People hate the site owner because he is the reason the sites dead and why most if not all things wont get fixed or changed in anyway because the owner has other things to do and doesn't want to bother. What site will keep people longer the one that listens to its base and changes stuff or the one so absent that the owner doesn't even notice that the site is down until a week after it happened? You get the point. The forum is beyond saving at this point >.> were all part of a slowly dying husk of a once popular place. Im fine with that >.> if you aren't then go to crowd or turkerhub and find new life.
What I'm saying is, why is guaranteeing a thread be made such a high priority? YOu are oblivious to the fact that it makes this forum "look" dead even if it isn't. Now imagine if the thread wasnt created... FLora would've still woken up, made her second post (but instead it would be the first post) and like every single other vbulletin forum in the world, threads appear to be being made by a legit, human community! THere's nothing that bad about this..

There is no steady work unless you have qualls and noobs don't have the good stuff. Just because people are signing up doesn't mean there is a lot of work to do. There's nothing but crap up unless you want to do surveys all day or do some penny batches. PC with your qualled work running is the only way to make money. Good luck getting the people who just signed up 3 days ago the str11 qual, or hotels, or 5s.
1. This has been explained to you multiple times now. Most people don't give a damn how/why/when the thread is made. Only a few whined and complained (I'm seeing a trend here) about it which led to the person who has done it for a long time to move to a different forum. 2. We're being mean to you because you feel the need to take it upon yourself to nitpick the forum. Flora can't change many of the things here that could boost growth. 3. Again, the owner does not care enough to check in on this site and make proper adjustments. This leaves Flora in a shitty spot because people like you come in and bitch at her to fix something that she can't. Regarding your original complaint, it's just a damn bot. I'm assuming the guy ANdy is the site owner? Why would I have to buy this site to change the username of a bot? Any admin or moderator can do this is the point..
You don't have to make the thread though, you said it has to be made at 3AM because it's "the rules"... I'm saying rules are artificial, you can make threads whenever you want to post a HIT, obviously somewhere down the line someone decided that having a daily thread was such a high priority that a bot with a username "Bot" had to take action regardless of downsdie
